Approximate raw pastry measurements
Product thawing
- Remove required number of Shortbread Sheets from carton and place carton with remaining sheets back into the freezer.
- Place the Pastry Sheets on bench/ baking tray to thaw to room temperature - approximately 30 minutes.
Oven temperature
Pre-heat fan forced oven to approximately 160°C.
Fill temperature
Ensure your fill mixture is at room temperature.
Baking time
As per application.
